I just purchased but haven't picked up 09' E63. The car has Option 1 pkg not opt 2. Therfore no Bi-Xenon! I'm interested in an aftermarket HID kit or would any one suggest what the specif bulb fitment is in the main unit, hi-beam and fog and is there a specific bulb manufacturer you can recommend?

OK..However I did research that the driving and the high beams are H7 bulbs and the fogs are H11 all available via PIAA.

I will suggest to install any xenon kit and it will enhance its look more.

For such headlights i have taken my car to the body shop. They did for me, i will post the pics next week.

As long as you know the size and bulb type, you can replace them with any manufacturers bulb you want. PIAA, Sylvania Silverstone are good, adn have these for my parking lights in blue tint. I haven't touched my fogs lights yet, they aren't easy to access. Also consider what light spectrum range your looking for like 4000K or 6000K, the higher the number the brighter they will be, to bright you will blind everyone.
